This whimsical watercolour painting is a light-hearted cat and mouse scenario, in which all the characters are dressed up for Halloween. The mice are dancing, eating, and having fun in their little home. The cat, dressed up as a pirate, is gleefully peering through the mouse hole, surveying this lively costume party, not sure whether he should join in on the festivities or do what cats normally do.
